Mechanical Engineer will be part of a team that will create a manufacturing system. This manufacturing system will be built around an SW Machining center but it will as well include other systems like Washers, High pressure deburring, leak tester, conveyors, palletizers system, Vision system, Robots, Gantry… and their respective fixtures The Mechanical designer will be responsible to work with suppliers of sub-assemblies listed earlier and create the workpiece handling system (Robot cell, EOAT, Conveyor systems…) that will service these sub equipment. The Mechanical Designer will check Robot mechanical interferences using simulation software like FANUC ROBOGUIDE The designer will use SOLIDWORKS to create 3D model and model 2D layout using AUTOCAD. The designer will need engineering skills that will allow him to select the right components as far as pneumatic, hydraulic, servomotor, sensors, transmission systems and other that are needed to develop SW system. Create new systems means that candidates needs to have strong interest technologies listed earlier and new technologies in general. SW is a high level supplier of machining center and systems so candidate will have to work hard to achieve customer expectation as far as system productivity, reliability, serviceability, effectiveness, and creativity. English spoken / written will be needed to work with our international team. SW is looking for candidate that has experience with loading system for machining system as well as people with experience with other processes like: Washers, High pressure deburring, leak testing, conveyors, palletizers system, Vision system, Robots, Gantry… SW is looking for candidates with experience from machine builders. Additional experience with component manufacturing industry will be viewed as advantages.
